Yes No

H-Sum Collins

Helichrysum, also known as Immortelle, is a veritable icon of luxury. This precious botanical has golden flowers which the ancient Greeks used to create oils that would heal their men after battle and is well known for its healing properties.

44°N will not heal you but we really enjoy the richer notes that Helichrysum, locally sourced in Grasse, brings to our gin.

TASTING NOTES

- On the nose :

The flower has a honey-like, sweet aroma, reminiscent of sweet rolls baking in the oven.

- On the palate:

Once distilled a hint of aniseed appears and compliments the taste of rich, dried fruits and rounds off with a herbaceous top note.
