Negroni

We add Mimosa extract to create the contemporary French Negroni.

Our take on the blissful-bitter Italian aperitif, the Negroni. We balance 44°N Gin with bitters and vermouth which creates a traditional base and as you would expect from Comte de Grasse we add something special - a subtle verdant and sweet top note from Mimosa.

TO SERVE

Place a large ice-cube into a rocks glass, shake the chilled cocktail bottle well and pour over the ice. Garnish with a wedge of orange.
